We have been patients at this practice since we moved to the area December 1992.
I particularly wanted to say that your receptionist Avril who also manages the prescriptions is a wonderful lady. Our son has Cystic Fibrosis so we have a lot of contact with the surgery but mainly for prescriptions. She is, and has been the most helpful at every moment of contact and I would like therefore to put in writing our appreciation of the approach she has to our needs and to make life for us so much smoother. Thank you Avril.

The reception staff at madeira medical are wonderful
They are always very helpful and pleasant to talk too. great asset to the medical centre.

Ever since I joined Madeira Medical the service I receive is above and beyond any other practice!
Your reception team are very welcoming, even when they are up against it! On Tuesday the 12th March I received a call from Avril to let me know that a cancellation for a nurse had come free.
She was aware I needed a blood test urgently! Bright and bubbly while being professional!!
This is not the first time this has happened. A MASSIVE THANKYOU Madeira Medical for looking after us!!!

My husband has recently had tests under the 2 week rule and I cannot fault Doctor Kumuran for his speedy assessment and help and, also, Emma (Admin) for her help and support. My only complaint is with St. Peters/Ashford Hospital who have not furnished my Doctor with the results of tests and we had to tell the Doctor the nature of his treatment so far.
